We are very sorry to hear that you have experienced such a negative incident. We understand that it is not a pleasant situation, but the behaviour shown in your screenshots does not violate any of our rules. A dungeon leader has the right to remove party members, and unless other rule violations were involved (such as racism, insensitive commenting or harassment) we do not interfere in the decisions of a party- or raid-leader. The built-in mechanics and systems of the game allow for the "undemocratic" removal of party members by the leader and as such are not prohibited by our Code of Conduct. Sadly, it is possible that you will encounter individuals that abuse the power that this position gives them, but using the /ignore feature in-game would also prevent you from joining groups with those players again. But the only way to ensure fair and friendly treatment in any group would be to enjoy dungeons with a party of people that you have already played with or known beforehand. Again, we are sorry for your experience and hope that you won’t have any similar experience in the future. However, we appreciate your concern over the environment on our server and your assistance and keeping our community as fair as possible with this report.
